Idyllic Holiday Home with Pool, Sauna and Complete Tranquility

Welcome to  Tomek’s House, a charming holiday home located on the edge of a forest, offering a wide range of amenities for total relaxation and enjoyment. Spread over three floors, this rustic retreat is perfect for families, couples, or small groups of friends looking for peace in nature. Holiday house can accommodate up to five people.

Interior:

• Ground floor: a sauna for ultimate relaxation, a bathroom, a kitchenette, and a dining table for 6. Outside this level, there is a covered terrace with a large handmade wooden table for 16 guests and a spacious barbecue area – ideal for outdoor gatherings. For extra fun, there is a foosball table.
• First floor: a spacious living room with a fireplace and balcony, dining table for 6, and a fully equipped kitchen. A pull-out sofa in the living room can comfortably accommodate 1–2 guests.
• Second floor: two bedrooms – one with a double bed, the other with two single beds. Both rooms have access to a balcony. A bathroom is also located on this floor.

Slightly lower ceilings in some parts of the house add to the warmth and authentic charm of the space.

Outdoor area:

Enjoy the private outdoor pool, tucked away from view, relax on sun loungers, or unwind on one of the partially covered terraces and balconies. The spacious fenced yard is perfect for children, while the whirlpool and a glass of local wine make for the perfect moment of rest.

Tomek's house is located in a quiet and picturesque area of Stubičke Toplice, offering enchanting views and an excellent base for exploring the Zagorje region. Nearby you'll find:

• Terme Tuhelj and Terme Jezerčica (thermal spas)
• Local restaurants and traditional taverns
• Cycling trails and a horse-riding center
• Medvednica Nature Park with well-known hiking routes

The vibrant city of Zagreb is just a 35-minute drive away, and nearby attractions include the Museum of Krapina Neanderthals, the Marija Bistrica pilgrimage site, and several castles and vineyards.
